After waiting for several months for her dream home to be finished, Sutton Stracke has finally moved in. However, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is already thinking about her next project.
“She needs some work! But she’s all mine!” Sutton captioned an Instagram Story photo showing her gorgeous new pool and tennis court. “Woke up to this view…….Home!”
On the show’s September 1 episode, Sutton detailed exactly what was being done to the home’s interior and explained to Kyle Richards, “We stripped the floors, we’ve sanded them, we’ve redone all the electrical.”
Purchasing the $5.35 million home was “symbolic” in many ways for Sutton. “I personally was kind of a shell of a person after my divorce was announced, and ended up at the finish line with a new house and a new Bentley and great friends and living my best life,” she said on the same episode. “This house kind of represents my independence as a single woman. This is a house that I’m gonna live in when my children are gone.”

Earlier this season, Sutton explained why she decided to create her dream home from the ground up. “It’s hard to check all of your boxes off,” she said to Erika Girardi on the show’s May 26 episode. “So I’m gonna build.”
“This is the first time I’ve ever done anything like this on my own,” she added in an interview. “But I’m 49 years old. I’m ready for this.”
