Laura Lane and Thomas Louie were excited to move into a home with some more space and privacy. They loved their old neighborhood, but needed more out of a home for their family of four. When selecting their new home they knew that whatever they found, the home might need some form of a renovation or work to give it the Louie special touch.
After looking for three months their current home came on the market. Thomas was a little hesitant on seeing it. Laura Lane gave him a nudge and they checked it out. They had to look at the home a couple times to really be able to see how this home would be a great fit for their family.
With the help of James Lynn Builders they gutted the kitchen, tore down a wall between the kitchen and dining room, renovated the master suite, and more. The entire home’s interior design aesthetic was changed during the renovation with the help of interior designer Vandy Schaefer of Cache and Company and interior designer Caroline Harden to put the finishing touches to make it feel like the Louie’s home.
Laura Lane loves all the extra storage features in her home, the privacy, the beautiful interiors, but her favorite thing is thinking about all the great memories to come. Their new home is the perfect fit for their family.
